"Passion Creates Energy"

Some 1 rightly said that passion creates energy. For a long period of time I was really wondering that almost every successful human being gave "passion" as one of the reason of their success, may it be Bill Gates, Larry Page, Mark Zuckerberg, Albert Einstien, Mohammed Ali, Lance Armstrong, Tiger Woods, Beetles, Ted Turner, Richard Branson the list is endless.

So apart from being a very hyped word - what passion really means. Is it a energy, motivation, inspiration, thoughts, feelings, views, perspective, atoms or its a empty space ? or is it a combination of all the above mentioned words ?

Truly speaking no idea - but having read some of the successful people it seems that Passion really is a combination of all of the above. It is a energy which never gets over, it is a motivation of not giving up under any circumstances, its a inspiration of rising after falling every time, its a thought which says everything is possible, its feeling which gives a Adrenaline Rush instantly in your body, its a view which only sees the accomplishment of the ultimate objective, its a perspective which understands everything but talks only about making the impossible possible, its an atom which attracts every like minded atom to make things happen, and finally its an empty space but an empty space which allows things to exists, things to grow, and allows one's to  write wonderful story.

U might be confused till now but all this comes to only one point that Passion is ultimately "doing what you want to do". May it be playing cricket, may be trading in the market, may it be writing articles, may it be singing song's, may it be becoming a fashion designer, or may it be just travelling or may it just be cooking ..................................but doing what you want to do.

Don't get influenced by anyone whosoever  it may be, don't get under pressure even if the whole world is pressurizing you, don't listen to anyone but only to your heart because somehow it already knows what you truly want.

People have become great just by doing what they wanted  to do : Beethoven despite being a deaf become the best musician ever, El Greco the greatest painter could hardly see, Beetles after getting rejected from Decca records became the best band ever, Thomas Alva Edison became the best innovator despite being a deaf, Lance Armstrong - Testicular Cancer - 7 times Tour de France winner, these people are in numbers and they have reached their by only doing what they wanted to do.

Lance Armstrong
Beethoven - Greatest Musician - Was Deaf
El Greco- Greatest Painter - Was Blind

Remember : Amazing things happens when you stay in the game longer then anyone think you should.

So guys do nothing only listen to your heart, put that effort every second to hear the voice which comes from inside - it always comes but at times the sound outside is too louder, spend some time in emptiness, alone, doing nothing, u need to understand that "What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us."

Cherish being born alone with your own thinking, individuality, difference, identity, personality, charm, aura, smile - don't spoil it by living some one else life.

U need chaos within you to give birth to a dancing star.

Understand the Human Being.

From the day I have opted to join SCMLD after my MBA I have got to learn a huge number of things about the Human. The biggest learning has been what Dale Carneige has rightly said :

"When we are dealing with people, let us remember we are not dealing with creatures of logic. We are dealing with creatures of emotions, creatures bustling with prejudices and motivated by pride and vanity"

The whole answers lies in the below mentioned words :

- Don't Dictate - Inspire
- Don't Direct - Win people to your way of thinking
- Begin with praise and honest appreciation
- Build morale & earn loyalty
- Ask questions, instead of giving direct orders
- Give the other person a fine reputation to live up to

But after reading this what we are going to do about it ??? R we going to practice it day in day out until we become expert in this, and if we become expert in this then the road to success will be very short. Read the above lines again & again - 10-20-30 times a day until you totally internalize the words, let it sink in your mind completely.

Look where ever you will work, whatever you will do, which ever place you will be you have to work in, around & with people only. So the biggest you can learn is how you get the most from this creature called as human being.

So stop right here right now : Go back above and read the words again and practice it day in day out - soon you will understand the difference.

Best Luck,

Love,

Avinash Singh

Once Robert Louis Stevension said :
We are in such haste
To be doing, to be writing
To be gathering gear
To make our voice audible for a moment
In the derisive silence of eternity,
That we forget one thing, of which
These are but the parts -
Namely to live.

We run to and from on the earth
Like frightened sheep and
Now you are to ask yourself, if
When all is done, you would not
Have been better
To sit by the fire at home!

According to Registrar General Of India, there are as many as 10 deaths every min in India, 603 deaths per hour ,14475 deathsper day & 0.4 million deaths per month.

The point i am trying to make is that ,haven't we forget our near ones & dear ones, money has become the most important priority in our life.
We seems to be in such a haste of collecting things, rather say immaterial things which will be of no use to us or for our happiness. But still we seems to be so small hearted,so small that its such a big thig for us to share something with the ones who don't have anything.

Yesterday i saw something which sent a shiver down my spine ,i saw a young small girl begging at a traffic signal who was looking so hungry from so many days ,someone from an autoricksaw gave her a single piece of biscuit, she went and gave half of that to another small boy who was sitting at the other side of road.

I felt & realized can there be a bigger act of giving then this.

The great Alexender asked his ministers to take his both hands out of his coffin ,so that the whole world can see that even the greatest emperor of all times left this world empty handed.

When was the last time you expressed your love to some one you really love, approx 15000 people are dying every day ,we never know on which highway ,on which road ,or with which car we will die.All it will take is 3-5 seconds to end the game.

What we are waiting for go & call someone ,your mom ,dad, sister ,brother, your best friend in your college ,your Shutta partner in your first company ,your first crush, the guy or the girl who did proxy for you in the college, call them up express your love ,tell them how much importance they hold in your life.

Dont wait you are not going to live forever, life is short & it is good.
Call up your mom & say "mom i loved you a lot"

You will not regret you did that .

With love,

love life, engage in it, give it all you've got. love it with a passion, because life truly does give back, many times over, what you put into it

Excel at Public Speaking.

Hi ,

Its been a long time that i haven't posted anything. Its the sheer workload of MBA which is responsible.

Not an issue ,i will try to write as soon as i will get sometime ,till then i will keep on posting some of the good stuff which will come on my way.

So keep reading .And do fall for any kind of help, reply is guranteed.

Nick Morgan Tips for Public Speaking.

9 rules for survival in rock climbing and public speaking

Matthew Childs gives a remarkable talk on the 9 rules of mountain climbing on TED.com: http://tinyurl.com/cqjd8v.  Obviously, he means the rules to apply to life, too.  What’s interesting is how well they apply to public speaking and communications.  Childs is not a great speaker; he’s too nervous to put the audience at its ease.  But his message is powerful nonetheless.

1.  Don’t let go.   Just as in climbing, the consequences of giving up in public speaking are unpleasant.  Both disciplines require commitment and follow-through.

2.  Hesitation is bad.   Passion and intensity of almost any kind are better than hesitating in public speaking.  Emotion attracts our attention, but the half-hearted approach does not.

3.  Have a plan.  Trying to wing it in speaking, as in climbing, is almost always self-destructive.  Some climbs – and some speeches – are easy enough that you can fake it.  But preparation tells in the long run.  Have a plan.  Please.  For the sake of the audience as well as the speaker.

4.  The move is the end.  The point of this rule is that the moment is important, too.  Don’t be thinking so hard about finishing that you forget to be there when it counts.  Make your move.  Say what you have to say.  Be there.  Then finish the job.

5.  Know how to rest.  Getting proper rest before a speech, and taking little breathers during a speech, are both good ideas.  No one requires that you race at top speed from start to finish.  In fact, we prefer that you don’t.

6.  Fear sucks.   While audiences expect the jitters at the beginning, they also expect you to get over them.  Fear sucks because it gets between you, your message, and your audience.

7.  Opposites are good.   I love this one, because contrast is one of the best ways to make meaning clear and to sustain interest.  Opposites are very, very good in public speaking.

8.  Strength doesn’t equal success.   What is the translation of this one into the public speaking realm?  It’s not just about volume, or speed, or size?  I suppose the lesson is that you can’t just power your way through a talk; a little judicial use of psychology and audience involvement will get you much further than just doing it all yourself.

9.  Know how to let go.  The toughest time to be a public speaker, or any kind of performer, is right after the event is over.  At that point, you just want to have someone say, “You were wonderful!”  and let you collapse in your hotel room.  But many speakers do themselves psychic injury by second-guessing, replaying, and critiquing themselves right after a speech.  Wait.  Let go.  Look at the tape 24 hours later, when you’re back to yourself again.

And finally, as Childs says, ‘balance rules.’  As in most things, success comes from keeping your balance.  That's a great final lesson for both speakers and climbers.

"want n dont want"

"I believe- wat may happn is wat keeps us alive.we want 2 see 2mrow."

there r 2 ways of gettin things in life:

1}wat we want n
2) wat we dnt want.

watever we want cumes us by our efforts n thoughts.bt in life, its an reality dat watevr we dnt want also cumes in our life.
we dnt want 2 get fail ,we dnt want an accident ,we dnt failures,we dnt want bad people ,we dnt want negatve things ,bt sadly more or less everthin is cumin 2 us,in 1 form or another.
BUT "WHY" .we dnt want it....i will tell u.
our mind brings us only wat we think, believe it.

"close ur eyes and tell urslf dat,i dnt want 2 see an elephant wearing pink shoes on a beach"
wat happn,u saw dat. Right.
.
tell only wat u want ..dats d dead end.
& then see d miracle happening in ur life.our mind cant analyse d good or d bad,,it simply brings 2 u watever u think off...so guys think good things in ur life in abundance..

"habits leads 2 success"

As we have heard from childhood dat :
first man makes habits, then habits makes man.but i believe we have never given much importance 2 this. but now i think we all r standing at very crucial n turning point of our life,n i strongly believe wat we do from here will matter most in our life.
we all have set goals in our life,we know where is our destinaton, but somehow we forget to get our activities match to d frequency of our goal. n in results we tend 2 distract from our coveted goal.
so wat we need to do over here is ,,sit back for few minutes ,review our goals and just try 2 make out wat all activities will help us 2 reach our goal.

we should make habits which will prepare us 4 our destination.

"As it takes only 21 days 2 make a habit permanent

"Rembr: sum times , sum addiction makes people

gud luck,avi

"dreaming"

As the science have proved : that everything is created twice in this world ,,first in our mind and second in reality...no matter watevr it is ,can be anything ur dream house,ur drm project ,ur drm hotel, ur drm company ,getting 1st in d college ,ur drm of getting at d top in d competition, dream of bcming d best ,drm of cracking the cat, getting at oxford univ, becmng d greatest doctor ever born ,,greatest businessman ever lived,,your dream of becoming "d savant",, ,,doesnt matter what .
It can be achieved ,but first u have 2 see it in ur dream,u have 2 visualize it !!!then only it can come in 2 existence...
so guys go on & dream 2 d fullest &then come back wid all guns blazing !!!!

remember :just enough 2 set by is not enough 2 get ahead !!
